NAPLES, FL., – January 10, 2022—   Two prominent national real estate consulting agencies, RCLCO Real Estate Consulting and John Burns Real Estate Consulting have named Ave Maria, Florida as one of the Top 25 Selling Master-Planned Communities in the United States, according to their annual reports. Ave Maria had a record-breaking 646 new home sales in 2021, placing the development on both lists as the highest-ranking community in all of Collier County.

This ongoing success should be viewed as a testament to the careful planning and investment in community place-making which Barron Collier Companies has done to set the Ave Maria community apart from its competition,” states the report’s author Karl Pischke of RCLCO.

Ave Maria’s small-town charm and natural surroundings attract retirees as well as families.
