Barron Collier Investment Partners (BCIP) is a joint venture partnership with Barron Collier Companies and Metro Commercial Real Estate. The two organizations teamed up to develop retail and mixed-use centers in the Southeast United States. Two recent mixed-use projects, Founders Square and Winchester Center, are now complete and open in Naples, Florida.

 

The partnerships next project will be The Landing, a 32-acre grocery store anchored development within Space Coast Town Center, a 225-acre, 61-building neo-urban development in West Melbourne, Florida. When completed, The Landing will be a 150,000 square foot mixed-use destination with a grocery store, restaurants and service-oriented uses as well as 300 multi-family residential units.

 

Barron Collier Investment Partners is actively developing other projects in the state as well as looking nationally at commercial and residential development sites. The organization can acquire new sites to develop commercial and mixed-use properties or acquire existing assets for re-development. Our primary focus is 5–50-acre raw land parcels on primary intersections for vertical development of strip shopping centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use with or without residential components throughout Florida and select Sun belt markets.
