Barron Collier Companies Names Five Homebuilders at Brightshore
NAPLES, FL – September 21, 2026 – Barron Collier Companies announced the five national and regional homebuilders selected to build homes at Brightshore, its master-planned community underway on Immokalee Road. Christopher Alan Homes, Toll Brothers, Taylor Morrison, Pulte and M/I Homes will bring single-family homes, twin villas and townhomes to the community, with the first homes expected to be move-in ready in January 2028. Home prices will start from the high $300s to $800s.
The builder announcement marks a major milestone for Brightshore, which broke ground earlier this year and will soon turn over homesites to builders. At build-out, the community will include approximately 1,400 single-family homes and 600 townhomes and apartments, along with a 95-acre village center offering retail, dining and everyday services.
“We partnered with five outstanding homebuilders at Brightshore. Each was selected for their track record of building quality homes and being able to offer buyers a variety of price points, floor plans and styles to choose from. We’re excited to see these builders bring their expertise to a community that’s unlike anything else in Collier County,” said Blake Gable, CEO of Barron Collier Companies.
Homes at Brightshore will be built across neighborhoods carrying the larger community’s signature “bright” name, including Cascade at Brightshore, Horizon at Brightshore, Radiance at Brightshore and Sunward at Brightshore.
Brightshore is designed around everyday lake living. A “bracelet lake” wraps around its edge, framed by a three-mile walking trail with outdoor fitness stations. Residents will be able to fish, launch a kayak or a motorboat directly from their own dock or utilize kayak launch sites positioned throughout the community.
At the heart of Brightshore, The Commons will anchor a 15-acre amenity campus that includes a resort-style clubhouse and fitness studio, a nearly 8,200-square-foot organic-shaped swimming pool, four pickleball courts, a basketball court, separate dog parks, a playground and a lake with a boat dock and ramp. Future phases call for an additional social building with an on-site restaurant, covered sports pavilion and additional pickleball and tennis courts. In all, Brightshore will preserve nearly 300 acres of open space, part of the more than 13,000 acres of preserved land surrounding the community.
“What sets Brightshore apart from other communities is the nearly 300 acres of open space, boatable waterways and nature trails that wrap around the community. It will truly be a place built around spending time outdoors while also having access to state-of-the-art amenities,” said Cee Cee Marinelli, President of Community Planning & Operations. Model homes are anticipated to open by Summer 2027.
