NAPLES, FL., – January 8, 2024— Prominent national real estate consulting agency, John Burns Research and Consulting, has named Ave Maria, Florida as one of the Top Selling Master-Planned Communities in the United States, according to their annual report. Ave Maria reported a total of 652 new home sales in 2023, placing the development on their list as the highest-ranking community in Collier County.
Ave Maria moves up on the John Burns Real Estate Consulting list from the 2022 annual report, ranking as the 16 top-selling Master-Planned Community in the nation for 2023. “The Ave Maria lifestyle attracts active adults, young professionals and families.
