Naples, FL, — May 21, 2025 – Barron Collier Companies (BCC) and CAPREIT have partnered to bring Imperial 41, a mixed-use development, to downtown Bonita Springs. The much-anticipated project promises to bring residential opportunities, dynamic commercial space and vibrant public spaces to a property that has been vacant for two decades.
Located on the Imperial River, Imperial 41 will include 120 modern apartment homes and 19,000 square feet of commercial space that will span between two distinct buildings. The north building will be fully residential while the south building will offer first floor commercial spaces and residential units above.

Designed by RG Architects, Imperial 41 will offer engaging community spaces for the public to enjoy including:

- Public restrooms
- Public bike racks
- Public fire pit
- Public parking
- Public kayak dock on the Imperial River
Construction on the seawall has already begun. Construction of the buildings is expected to begin fall of 2025 and completion is expected in early 2027. BCC will oversee the commercial leasing, while CAPREIT will manage residential operations.
