Barron Collier Companies Announces First Commercial Tenants at Imperial 41
Naples, FL, — June 9, 2026 — Barron Collier Companies (BCC) has signed its first commercial tenants at Imperial 41, the company’s mixed-use development spanning the Imperial River in downtown Bonita Springs. Signed tenants include Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy, Simple Beauty Studio, Old Bonita Surf Shop and The Brass Alligator.
Located in the heart of downtown Bonita Springs, Imperial 41 will feature approximately 19,000 square feet of commercial space alongside 120 modern rental residences. Construction is currently underway, with only one riverfront restaurant space and three retail/office spaces remaining available for lease. Units are expected to be delivered to tenants in Summer 2027 for interior buildouts.
