BARRON COLLIER COMPANIES AND SEAGATE DEVELOPMENT GROUP SELL AVE MARIA CUBESMART FOR $13.6 MILLION

 

NAPLES, FL., — August 15, 2022— Barron Collier Companies and Seagate Development Group sold Ave Maria CubeSmart Self-Storage – a joint venture between the two organizations. CubeSmart was sold to William Warren Properties, Inc. for $13.6 million in June.

CubeSmart is located at 5320 Useppa Drive in the Ave Maria Park of Commerce and is a one-story, two-building facility totaling 51,000-square-feet. This sale comes three years after the building broke ground in Ave Maria, Florida.

“We successfully partnered with Seagate Development Group to develop and provide another convenience in Ave Maria. The climate-controlled indoor and exterior storage facility has been very well received by the community,” said Brian Goguen, Chief Investment Officer of Barron Collier Companies, developer of Ave Maria.

Barron Collier Companies (the “Company”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its users.
